restoring menu and toolbars

I realize there are many posts regarding this... My problem is slightly
different, and I couldnt find the answer.

I merely want to configure a button on my Startup Form (since all menu's,
toolbars, and the database window are desselected) to restore them all. I've
managed to restore the database window, but would prefer everything to just
go back to the way it would be if I'd opened by pressing the shift key.

Any suggestions?

You can do this, but the trouble is that those kinds of changes take place
the NEXT time you open Access. So, you'd have to click on your command
button, close Access, and then re-open it. Holding down the shift key is
probably a lot easier.
