To enable Hibernation goto Control Panel/Power Options/POProperties/Hibernate- mark Enable hibernation
To restore SysRestore open SysProperties in My Computer/System Restore if you see a checkmark in Turn off System Restore unmark it

You don't understand the files are gone and the property box will not allow you to check the box because of it. Sysrestore works fine except that all the restore points were removed. There for I can not use it to restore the files
