Restoring from an .ost file after deleting the mailbox

I have read the article 163589 and it says that it is not
possible to restore an .ost file after deleting the
mailbox in case a new profile has been created. Is this
still the case or have somebody come up with an idea how
that would be possible? Thanks!
 
I read that after the fact.. Thanks for the reminder,
though.. I tried it out and my day just got better! Thanks
a lot for the help!!
