Restoring files once deleted from recyle bin

Is it possible to restore files ect from the recycle bin once you have emptied it? I deleted some files which included albums and downloads from the media player by mistake. So if it is possible how do you do it??

You will need a 3rd party program if the files have been deleted from the
Recycle Bin:
