restoring deleted files

I was trying to navigate my pages to use a theme and the index page wouldn't work. I wanted to delete it and start over. It asked me if I wanted to delete all the pages that were attached and unfortunately I said yes. I did not realize that the pages would be deleted from front page altogether. I thought it was just going to delete them from the navigation page. Is there a way to restore these files?
 
Not possible to restore unless you have a back up or the site is on a remote
server with FP extensions, where you can open it directly and then publish
it back to your PC.

There is an option to only delete the page from navigation view.
