Restoring defaults in windows mail

How can I restore windows mail to it's default "factory" status ? It seems
that you can restore some things and items cahnged but not the whole program.
If there is a way to do it please advise. Thanks

If you delete everything under this registry key then WinMail will start
fresh:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Mail

I would backup the key first.

do i delete the windows mail key or just the subkeys under it. i
already deleted subkeys and i have same problem. thanks
