Is it possible to the action in the Subject line? I figured it would end up
in the Recycle bin, but it didn't. It's not a big loss. I'm just curious.

Hi Wayne,

Back in 2004, our youngest daughter deleted files on her camera and I
retrieved them for her using a program called rest2514.exe. I still have
the program on my workstation. I did a search and came us with a link
here:
http://sac-ftp.externet.hu/utildisk12.html

I'm not 100% sure it's the same program, but it states it undeletes
files, so it might be.

If you try it out, please report back and let me know if it works.

That would be the case if it was overwritten. The "undelete" relies on
the data area of the file still being intact.

Search and Recover
Recover My Files
Forensic Toolkit
WinHex
Autopsy - linux live cd
are all programs you can use to get the images back, although, FTK you
won't be able to get...
