Restored from ntbackup and access is denied

Hi

I've backed up my files using the ntbackup feature on XP Pro. After restoring them to a different machine (also runing windows xp pro) I can't delete some files. All Files under my old user profile are okay, but the ones under 'All Users/Shared Docs' deny me access

Any ideas
