Restore Windows fax and viewer

Hi. I removed the functionality of windows fax and viewer as advised by
Microsoft on 3rd Jan. Now that I have installed the newp safety patch from
Microsoft, I want to restore them. Unfortunatley the appropriate page with
instructions has now been removed from the Microsoft site. Can anyone help?
