Restore win 98 backup in win xp

My data was backed-up with win 98 backup utility before I
installed win xp. Now I find that the win xp backup
utility will not restore the win 98 backup (800 Mb qic
file).

Is there a backup program that will restore my files from
the the win 98 backup?

Any suggestions will be appreciated!

I don't what programs are out there can do this for you. You may want to
restore it to a Win98 machine then transfer the files over using
ethernet or CD.
