restore to my original xp setup

How can I restore to my original xp setup and delete different user accounts from my system. As I did an re-installation the program gave me a new user account. I don't know what I'm doing, but my original configuration is still set in the program settings and I don't want to mess my system up anymore.

control panel, system, advanced, look for user profiles, click on settings, delete
the accounts you don't want.
