Restore Problem XP

When I attempt to use System Restore, I get cannot
restore due to (prplpmgr.dll)is missing.How can I re-
install this dll. Thanks!

This relates to the Propel web accelerator. You must have downloaded an updated version of the accelerator, and when you tried to restore your system, the computer could not locate the former accelerator settings (they were deleted when you updated), and so could not complete the restore.

Go to (e-mail address removed) and ask them to send you the settings for your former version of the accelerator. Install them, and then you can restore your system.
