You can use Disk Cleanup, Options to delete all but the most recent restore
point.

You can use My Computer, Properties, System Restore tab to turn off System
Restore, reboot to delete all restore points. The go back and enable System
Restore again.

No. Your choice is to delete them all or all but the last one.

All you can do is use Disk Cleanup, and in its More Options use the
button to delete all but the latest restore point

This is because points form a chain and you can't break it. It would be
possible in principle for that Disk Cleanup to delete all but a latest
specified number, but there is no provision made

Hi Marvo

Selective removal of a restore point is not possible. Disabling and re-enabling SR will clear all the snapshots. However, you can clear all the restore points EXCEPT the latest one, using Disk Cleanup's "More Options" tab.

To remove all restore points except the most recent restore point, follow these steps:

1.Click Start, and then click My Computer.
2.Right-click the disk in which you want to free up space, and then click Properties.
3.Click the General tab, and then click Disk Cleanup.
4.Click the More Options tab, and then under System Restore, click Clean up.
5.Click Yes to remove all but the most recent restore point.
6.Click OK, click Yes to proceed with this action, and then click OK.
