Restore points erased at midnight

Something is deleting my restore points each midnight. I
confirmed this by setting a restore point, then moving
the date ahead one day. The restore point disappeared. I
have set the storage to max, checked for a scheduled task
that might be causing this. I have disabled all auto
running applications such as SpyBot, AdAware, etc.

This has me baffled.
