Using Outlook 2003

I was reading through something which indicated I can use
Outlook to read news. So, I was fooling around with that
and somehow deleted the command News from Customize menu.

I have searched for how to restore a deleted command and
cannot figure out how to do so.

News will eventually be placed in the Go menu, but I
first need to restore the command to the list so to
choose it.

Can anyone help me?

The following is what I need to do:
****
Not seeing the News option in Customize?
Choose View-> Toolbars-> Customize
Select the Toolbars tab
Select Menu Bar and press Reset
Start again from "Setting the Toolbar"
****

The problem is that when I do that, News does not come
back into any of the lists.
