restore and maximize

I have a problem. I have form that is my swithboard. This form open maximize.

When I open this form and fromthis one I open another form, the second form
opens also as maximize. If I put a DoCmd.Restore in the second form that
makes the switchboard form to also restore.

I can I make all form open in Restore but the switchboard form, that is
always opened to be always maximize.

Please help.
