Restoration of company wiped utilities

I would like to utilize my company laptop (IBM T40 WinXP pro) for personal via swapping hard drives. I have a drive that I can use but I am not sure how to get the OEM image with IBMs utilities to operate the laptops TV output. Any suggestions?
 
If this is a company owned computer, talk to your IT people
I'm fairly sure installing your own hard drive in the
companies pc, would upset your boss!
