restarting windows XP

Hi

I have XP Pro installed on my machine. It has all latest updates or fixes.

I shutdown my machine at midnight. [Power off]
I start my machine next day.

I was thinking if there is way for machine to start itself after some
programmable period after it has been shutdown or am I asking for too much?

Have a look at your BIOS. It might allow you to start the
PC automatically at a certain time each day. If unsure how
to do this, read the manual that came with your PC.
