There is no warning to it restarting, it just does so! I can not find any problems with it at all, I am at a dead end!!! If someone can give me advise on how to stop this and give me directions, please do so!!! IM DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Check your hardware, is there a red circle or a yellow triangle next to a
hardware device?
My Computer/Properties/hardware/Device Manager, if so, there is the problem.

You didn't mention a full system virus scan specifically. If you
haven't done one you need to. If you don't have an updated virus
checker go to housecall.antivirus.com and do a scan online. If your
computer won't stay going long enough to do a full scan, at least scan
the "documents and settings" and "windows" folders. You could have a
hardware problem. I've seen this same thing happen with underpowered
or failing power supplies.

You don't say whether this is a problem with a new computer or after an operating system upgrade, or after a new upgrade, or etc.

Over the years I haven't had many of that type problem. Once I had a real cheap mainboard and that type problem occurred.

More recently I upgraded a machine to a faster processor and during shutdowns there was insufficient time to properly write to disk. Microsoft has a small fix for that problem. The fix simply adds two seconds before the shutdown occurs and that time gives the software sufficient time to write the data.
