I got your link through an help rendered to your
subscriber (microsoft user)and I believe you will elp me
out too .
I was trying to adjust the display resolution ( settings
in the pixel and dpi ) when suddenly the power cable was
disengaged ie power was removed from the system.The system
went blank .When I start the system again it booted and
display the following message and I could not gain access.
If problems contine ,disable or remove any newly
installed hardware or software.Disable BIOS options such
as caching or shadowing .If you need to use safe mode .
Restart press F8 to select advanced startup options and
then select safemode .If you need to use safe mode .

I tried out the suggestion but all to no avail.Please
kindly give me the step by step to regain my system .
