Good evening everyone! Question, how can develop a page using resolution
1024x768 in frontpage 2002?

Just as you would any other page. I mean, who knows what
a given Web visitor's resolution might be? 800x600?
1600x1200? 1024/768?

In portait mode, my Tablet PC displays 768 pixels across
by 1024 high.

All you can do is preview your page at the thinnest and
widest resolution you think your visitors will use, and
make sure:

o The page looks its best at the width you think will
be most common.
o You can stand the way it looks at other widths.
