I doesn't matter if I click on a desktop icon or when I check email and am
directed
to what ever website,I do not get a full screen.I get a screen the size of a
card
3"x5" and then I have to click on the tab to maximize. The only way I get a
full
screen is if my homepage is in the taskbar and even then it show the homepage
first then it goes to the website I want to see.
I run WindowsXP Professional,Version2002,ServicePk 2.I have not installed
any programs or anything. All this started maybe 2-3 weeks ago and even
Microsoft
hasn't been able to help. Any help out there,I've tried all I can.

Open the window you want
Maximise it
Close it
The next time you open that window it should open as you closed it

Be carefull if you are following a path to a file
Only the window you close will open as you closed it

With only one browser window open use the arrow keys to drag the edges of
the window to the largest size you can, do not use the maximize button, then
close the window with File | Close, or holding the ctrl key and click on the
"X". The next time it opens it should be at that size.
