Resizing Photos

Previously when I have wanted to resize a photo I have opened the photo in 'Windows Picture and Fax Viewer', then I have clicked on the icon at the bottom tool bar that says 'close this program and opens the image for editing'. A different screen would come up (I can't remember what it looked like anymore) and it would be a simple task to resize by pixels or physical size etc. For some reason now when I open the image for resizing it opens up with MS Paint and it is not the same. It is not as easy as it used to be. Does anyone know how I can get it back to the old option?

Try Image Resizer from here, install and you can then Right Click on an
image in any folder and Resize.

Control the things you can and Don't Worry about the things you can't
control.
