Resizing photos

I have Windows XP and have downloaded windows image
resizer. I am trying to resize my photos but do not see
that option. I am trying to go from e.g. 400KB to around
60KB. Does anyone have a suggestion.

Did you install it? If not...left click the
downloaded file and allow it to install.

Then...open a folder that contains
image files.

Right click an image file...in the menu
the pops up you should now have the
Resize Pictures option.
