Resizing Controls Design Environment

Something strange going on at my place. The ability to move controls or
resize them using CTRL,ALT,SHIFT etc does not work any longer. Anyone else
seen this? Do I have to re-install VB?(NOOOOOOOOOOOOO)

right click the form and uncheck Lock Controls.

Thanks Mike but I had already looked at that. Also, I can resize and move
the controls with the mouse. The controls have the resize tabs displayed in
the designer. Something is a-foot at the Circle K. I just may do a
re-install.

Then have you removed the key assignments?

Tools-->Options-->Environment-->Keyboard-->Edit.MoveControls***
Tools-->Options-->Environment-->Keyboard-->Edit.SizeControls***
 
YOU ARE THE MAN MICK!!!.

Sometime I had to have changed the mappings. They were set at Visual Studio
6. I set them back to default and BINGO!
