Resizing contact list

When I go to send an e-mail in windows mail I click on the icon with all the
recipients..but the window is so small...is there any way to resize it?

Click on the edges of that window and drag them out. Vista should remember
the new size the next time it opens that window.

Alas, when I go to send a new e-mail and click on recipient, that window only stays in one size and is not able to be resized from the edges
