Resizing a Check box

I inserted a check box from the Forms tool bar. I am unable to change the size of the actual Check box itself. I can resize the outside of the check box area The peremetre but not the actual check box itself. Help, Please, Anyone.
 
Forms checkboxes are not resizable. If you do not need cross-platform
compatibility, you could use a checkbox from the Controls Toolbox.
