Resize Forms

How do I get my forms to open only in the size needed and not take up the entire screen?
 
Open the form in design mode. In the form's Properties sheet, set Auto
Resize to Yes on the Format tab. Make sure that you don't have any code
maximizing or otherwise resizing the report. Also, once you maximize a
window, Access will maximize all subsequent windows until you tell it not to
by restoring a window, then all subsequent windows will be restored.
