resetting windows xp

im trying to get back the original windows xp i had when i first installed it
i bought a phone that u can send mp3 files to form your computer but when i
open it it says d2p.exe application error then says application failed to
intialized properly (0xc0000005) can someone please hepl thanxs
 
You mention two different issues,
1.) get back to original status of windows XP, if you have a restore disc,
then use that, if not you will have to format your pc and reinstall.

2.) retrieving pictures from your phone, Do you have the software installed
that accesses your phone from your pc?
