Do you have the Windows XP cd? Otherwise it's hard to. If you don't have the
cd, you can try using system restore. I would unistall everything I could,
then restore your computer to the earliest tiem you can. If you've had your
computer for a long time, you probably won't be able to reset it to the very
beginning.
If you have the Windows XP cd, boot from it, and delete and recreate the
partition. This will insure that everything is deleted.
