Reset Default Language

I recently installed Windows Chinese language editor onto my PC. It is
working great, I can type messages into Word, Outlook, etc in Chinese, but
now it seems that some programs that I run are being displayed in Chinese.
Is there a way to force Windows to display in English when I'm not using the
editor?
