resending voting messages

I want to be able to resend a voting message to people who didn't reply the
first time as a reminder and have the responses tracked on the original
message. When I select forward or resend this message it tracks the
responses in the new message. Is it possable to do what I want?
 
What Outlook version?

I've got a user here having a problem with it doing something close what you
want and she wants it to stop (Outlook 2002). In this situation, if she
sends an update it retains the tracking information from the original and
updates that. She wants it to track the revision separately. It seems real
flakey ...
 
I'm using Outlook 2002, too. How is she sending an update? I've tried
forwarding the message and resending the message. Neither of these includes
the original tracking. I didn't see anything to send an update.
