when I go to any webpage it doesn't load in,right/click and the
message I get is res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm
have NOD32 for viruses(nothing found)Trojan Remover(nothing found)
Search & Destroy(nothing found)Ad-Aware(nothing found)run Sygate
firewall.been to every site as far as a online hijacker or
worm,virus.again nothing found.went to microsoft,tried there fixes,to
no avail.I run windows xp sp1.any help would be much appreciated.

How do you connect to the internet? This problem is due to your internet
connection settings are not configured properly.

thanks for looking into for me,but my son let a little bug into my
registry.took about 6 hours to find but did.put that error code into
any search engine and you will come back with thousands of people with
same problem.but with no fix.but if you need to fix use
WinsockXPFix.exe atleast for me.again thankyou for looking into it for
me.

I posted a similar problem the other day (web pages not loading) and had
a similar error message. Finally, I tracked down the problem to my
Firewall (Norton). I still am not sure what changed,how or when, but I
tinkered with it and everything is ok now.

Is your firewall properly configured, and are your other connection
settings correct?
