REQ: ? Spam Cannibal

Is there a equivelant to Spam Cannibal (Freeware) That will run on a windows
server?

If so where might I find it Spam Cannidal seems to realy fit the bill for
what I need but as far as I could determine it is only for Linux.

There are lots Bob, here is an extract from Anti-Spam, I prefer to view
the mail on the server & make my own choices, download the mail I want
& then delete the rest.

Spam is the electronic world's biggest problem. A fool proof method of
filtering out spam does not yet exist, but we don't have to sit back
and take it. Anti-Spam pages like this one make spamming less
profitable and is our way to help FIGHT SPAM.

Thanks But I am looking for something that will work like SpamCannibal only
for Windows (2000) or (XP)
Here is a brief description of SpamCannibal:

SpamCannibal blocks spam at the origination server and can be configured to
block DoS attacks. SpamCannibal uses a continually updated database
containing the IP addresses of spamDOS servers and blocks their ability to
connect using a TCP/IP tarpit
