REQ: IE Cleaner that works when last IE window is closed

I am looking for something that will automatically clean Internet
Explorer 6 (and possibly other related temp directories) in XP
whenever IE is closed down.

Is there such an animal?

Tools>Options>Advanced; under Security, check "Empty Temorary Internet
Files folder when browser is closed".
 
You're welcome. I would also recommend CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) for
periodic manual cleaning:

http://www.ccleaner.com/

You'll be amazed at how much "crap" this thing gets rid of, even if
you've been reasonable diligent about maintaining your machine.
