REQ: Freeware to Help organize Win XP's Start/Program Menu?

The Dead Man

I am looking for a program that will make it easy to move items on the
"All Programs" Menu from one folder to another. Yes, I know this can
be done manually, but am just wondering if software exists that would
make it a simpler, surer process?
