Many thanks to Deborah fro the help, however i have the
merge cells off so i still get two cells, but the
information is presented only once.

The row headings show once in a Pivot Table, and you can't force them to
repeat.

If you need to print the table with a heading on each row, you could
create a copy of the table, and fill the blanks:
