Reports via e-mail

Hi

Could anyone tell me the best format to use for e-mailing reports using
Access 2000. My understanding is that the recipient needs to have Access
running on their machine to use .snp formats, when I tried HTML some of the
formatting is lost and some clients are not using MS software so I cannot
use .rtf either.

All they need is the free Snapshot Viewer to view/print SNP files. They
don't need Access.
