G Guest Mar 17, 2005 #2 Hi Alyssa, It would be good to have a bit more detailed information. Such as what app the report is created in (Crystal Reports, Access database, Excel, etc etc) In any case there would have to be a button on your form that the user clicks to fire the report up.
