Hi, I am wanting to make a report which lists all pending jobs. I have this
form working fine. However when I want to locate the record (in a service
form) I have to scroll through records looking for the service number. The
service number is viewable on this pending report. Is there a way to make it
so I can click on the pending job it will open up the service form to the
specified service number job.

Thanks.

No. Report previews cannot be interacted with other than changing pages and
zoom levels.

So is there another way ie make the service number a hyperlink or similar
that will get around this. Thanks in advance.

Not in a Report. Access Reports through Access 2003 are not interactive.

It may take a little more work to get a Form formatted just as you want it,
but your users will be able to interact with the Form.
