I have a user when opening reports the right half of the reports are all cut
off. This is only an issue for one user so I believe it is some type of
setting on their Access or computer. Can anyone help in how I change this
setting. Thanks.

I don't think it's the actual printer. The data is cut off when we pull the
report up in print preview.

I am having the same problem with a report I inherited.
Both the Preview and Printout have approximately 1-1/2 inches cut off
the right side.

Doesn't someone have a suggestion as to why this is happening??

Ok, so I think I figured out what the problem is...but still having issues on
how to solve it.

I went to the users pc that is having this issue. Under Page Setup I went to
the Page Tab. Under Paper Size they had Envelope selected. I went back to
my pc and the selection is letter. The problem is, letter is not an option
on this users pc. There is about 20 options, but letter is not one of them.

Can someone help Ken and I?

Thanks

Hey Ken, I figured out the issue on my side. Don't know if it will help you.

My users printer was defaulted to a printer that only prints out labels. He
didn't have to change his default, but in Access we selected File..Print..and
then changed the printer there.
Again, don't know if this will help you, but I thought I would try.
