report problem

Hi,
I have a report to present an employee tasks. Inside the report there is a
sub form. In the main report there are the employee names, id, and Supervisor
name. At the sub form, I have the employee no of tasks; month, year, remarks,
and a label for sum the tasks. When I run the report, the sub form shows a
duplicated record. The purpose of the sub form is to sum the no of tasks, and
shows the all tasks. Can any body help me to solve the problem?
 
Can you tell us something about your tables and then how you want to display
your records and totals? BTW: forms are for displaying and editing data while
reports are for publishing your data.
