It seems that my page settings for my reports are violate and do not save -
mainly my margins.

I am constantly having to reset the margins to .25 for my reports, is there
a way to set the margins once and for all so that I am not repeating the same
tasks?

Are you setting them in design mode?

If so and they are still not being saved your report may have become
corrupted.

You could try a SaveAsText/LoadFromText operation on the report.
Failing that, I would suggest recreating the report. You can cut and paste
controls and any code. Then try again...
