How do l create a report based on my query where the report is created for
each record in the query. This is because when l view my report in print
preview a second page that's completely blank with nothing on it. l did not
create any background on my report . In which property field that l solve my
problem report header, header or detail or any part?

If your report definition generates an extra blank page per record,
something in your definition is either wider or longer than the page. Try
squeezing things tighter together...

Thanks Jeff,
But l enter about 10 data in my form but it's only 4 in page one and
nothing in page 2 /3. What can l do

I don't understand. I thought it was your "report" that was too big. Your
response says that you are entering data in a "form". These aren't the
same, and you can't "enter data in a report".

The folks who respond in this newsgroup are all volunteering their time, me
included. If you have an urgent need, consider finding a consultant you
could hire to do your assignment.

We're not there. We can't see your database. I still can't tell what you
are doing, what you are trying to do, and how Access is responding.

More info, please...
