Report of Queries link to other queries

This might not be the correct way to set up queries, but I have queries
based on other queries. Is there a report or a list that I can print out
that print out a tree of which queries are based on other queries. I do not
want to change a base query that may affect another query that uses the
original version. Sorry if I am being confusing.

There are third party tools that do this: to get the full dependency
tree you may need the (pricey but very powerful) Total Access Analyzer
from http://www.fmsinc.com.

To find all instances where a query is referenced (and manually
determine the treeness) there are other good tools:
