Report not displaying information

The reports that I am creating from my queries are not showing two of my
seven columns data. The column headings are there but the data is not
showing up underneath them. The query is from a live link that I have
created between Access and Hard Dollar, a construction software program, and
displays all of the data in the query just fine. But in my report there is
just two columns of information that will not show.

If you can help me I have a PDF file that contains screen shots of my
problem with more detailed information. I would be more than happy to send
this to anyone who can help me. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN. I HAVE EXHAUSTED MY
OPTIONS.

Without seeing your data, the first thing that comes to mind is that the
datatypes don't match therefore the data isn't displaying. The fact that it
shows in the query but NOT the report may mean you have to adjust the data
type or display settings in the report. Perhaps I can be more help if I can
see the data.

I have a somewhat similar problem in that my query displays the proper data
but report doesn't. However, my problem occurs only when there is a single
record returned by the query. The report prints with no data. If there are
two or more records, the report prints all of them just fine. Very strange!
