Dear Si/Madam,

I have an excel spread sheet four pages long. I have
linked the excel spread sheet in my word document which is
almost one page long in order to compile it in one report.
The word document contains my comments and the excel
spread sheet contains my calculation

I want to print my comments (from word) and calculation
(from excel) and generate five pages report. However, it
only gets printed two pages i.e. my one page document and
few rows of my excel spread sheet.

What I can I do to print/preview the whole excel spread
sheet from my word document.

Thank you
Best regards
Jeremias Solomon

Hi Jeremias,

COPY the sheet in Excel, then go to Edit/Paste Special in
Word. Activate the "LINK" option, and choose the HTML or RTF
format.
