Report Loses Formatting when Exported to Word

Is it normal that a report would lose all of it's formatting when it's exported to Word.
I have a complex report that several people in the office need access to.
I have it all formatted for easy reading.
Unfortunately, in our satellite office they don't have Access. I wanted to export my report to Word for them to have as reference. Paper isn't really an option.

The data all exports but my boxes, lines, etc. are erased making it hard to read. I thought I might be able to do something like a mailmerge but the option isn't highlighted.

Can anyone help?

The *Only* built in export format that supports graphical elements is
Snapshot Format which requires the free Snapshot Viewer program for those
who need to view/print the files.

Your alternatives are to use a PDF creation utility, use Word Automation
and/or mail-merge, or you could try Stephan Lebans tool which allows you to
embed the Snapshot Format output into an RTF file. While still not fully
editable, it does eliminate the need to use the Snapshot Viewer program.
