Report Formatting not Holding

Hi . . . I have a small db which I have distributed to a client for some
initial testing. They have just informed me that the report formatting looks
'all over the show'. When I test the report on my side, the formatting looks
great. Any suggestions on what could be going wrong?

Using Access 2000 as client does not have a later version.

Thanks,
Tarryn

What does 'all over the show' mean?

If it means the report does not hold it's margin settings or paper
orientation, then this is a known Access 2000 bug and is documented in
the Microsoft Knowledgebase article:
Q245021 'List of Fixed Problems in Microsoft Office 2000 Service
Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a)'
And specifically:
Q240826 'Lost Printer Settings when Name Autocorrect is turned on'

Turn off the Name AutoCorrect feature as a temporary 'fix'.
Then download and install the Service Release 1/1a.

Even if you are not using Access 2000, turn off the Name AutoCorrect.
Tools + Options + General Tab.
