REPORT FINAL NUMBERS

When I add numbers to a form I would like them to add automatically in a
monthly report. Is this possible in Access? What is the process?
 
Are you adding numbers to a table? Forms don't really store numbers. Are your
controls bound?

Reports are generally bound to tables/queries and display fields bound to
controls in the report. How is your situation different?
